Meeting Rooms

Sterling Public Library has multiple rooms for use

The library has two meeting rooms available for the use of community and governmental groups for meetings, training and programs. There is no charge for use of the rooms. No fees, dues or donations may be charged or solicited by the users for any programs held in the library’s meeting rooms. Call the library to reserve the room up to three months in advance.

The Conference Room on the main floor holds 50 people. The Study Room (Cottage) is in the Children’s Department and holds 2-4 people.

Priority for the use of these rooms will be given first to library programs and programs sponsored by the library.

Refreshments are allowed, but clean-up is the responsibility of the user.

Reading fiction is important. It is a vital means of imagining a life other than our own, which in turn makes us more empathetic beings.
